I wrote this as I was riding the bus looking out the window, on a September afternoon in 2009…
I look out the window watching the clouds, filled with cleansing rains to wash away all the built up negative energy. There seems to be more negative energy then there is rain, however I do believe that the rain will cleanse away all negative. Once the cleansing ritual is complete the star that rises in the east, the sun will come bring forth positive energy, light, warming love. The sun the rain, the light the dark, the positive the negative… The yin the yang. One seemingly coexisting for the other, the will of nature, the order of the universe. The thought does ponder if there were only one and not the other to bring balance, would the universe as we know it colaspe? Or would there be an anomaly formed to bring nature, the universe into balance
I believe I wrote this sometime in the year 2009…
“To walk the path, we must know the path. However, there comes a time when then the path is unclear… Believe.”
The words came to me as all the others do, from deep within my very being. We all have our own path that we must walk, some may say it is our destiny. What if the path is unclear? Do we change our path? Wait until the path becomes clear? Or continue on the same path with uncertainty of the outcome. Some may choose the latter relying on faith to guilde them, believing. I do feel that in the end, when the dust has settled, it comes down to belief, having faith. There was a scene in star wars: the empire strikes back where Luke Skywalker attempts to raise his x-wing fighter out of the bog using the force and it sinks completely. Jedi Master Yoda then without effort raises the ship completely out of the bog and sets it safely and softly onto dry land. Luke looks at Yoda and says to him “I don’t believe it.” Yoda looks into Luke’s eyes and at almost a whisper, “That is why you fail.”
Belief, having faith, what we have within us all. Some of us it is harnest, from birth and built upon as we grow and evolve. However on the other end of the spectrum unfortunate to say, not only is it not harnested but in some cases it is set to always self destruct. So the path becomes unclear, unclear path becomes uncertainty which becomes failure. Remember, “to walk the path, we must know the path.” in knowing the path we must believe and have faith above all else. For if we do not, then we are nowhere.
So you now stand before your particular path and it appears unclear. Keep a quiet mind, keep a clear mind, and blieve. Know that this is the path that you will take and walk forth. For if you trust and believe in your self, any path laid before you will be with love, peace, and many blessings.
This is from a blog I used to write many moons ago…
This is something that just came to mind, a random thought. They always seem to come to me, I now have a avenue in which to place my thoughts into a somewhat state. So for your reading pleasure, as well as an arousal of thought, here we go.
The year is 2009, or so it would appear. I has had random thoughts of what year it really is. Every year time seems to move faster and faster, the ao called new year is over before it actually even new. Take a look at leap year, every four years we get an extra day which is february 29 (normally there 28 days in the month). So with that extra day bump every four years, that is time being manipulated. Also African American history month falls on this month, shortest month of the year and people of African descent get it… Can we say short changed? smh (shaking my head) that is another story within it’s self.
Now we have daylight savings time, or so it has been called. This begins the second weekend in march and ends the last weekend in October I do believe. How is an explaination, or explainations of daylight savings time as written in wikipedia.
“The practice is controversial. Adding daylight to afternoons benefits retailing, sports, and other activities that exploit sunlight after working hours, but causes problems for farming, evening entertainment and other occupations tied to the sun. Traffic fatalities are reduced when there is extra afternoon daylight; its effect on health and crime is less clear. Although an early goal of DST was to reduce evening usage of incandescent lighting, formerly a primary use of electricity, modern heating and cooling usage patterns differ greatly, and research about how DST currently affects energy use is limited and often contradictory.”
So there you have it… The combination of leap year along with daylight savings time propelling further into time and space. I wonder, is this a way of manipulating time, or like this true matrix that most of us are still plugged into, another form of control? If it is so, what year let alone century are we really in?
From the distant horizon, the clouds come forth bringing insulation as well as the cleansing rain.
I sit in idle peace as I listen to the tranquil sound of the cleansing rain, gently falling through the calm midnight air, just beyond the window.
As I grow older, I am taking my health and well being more into focus. I believe we all do as we grow and evolve look more closely at taking better care of ourselves.
I was actually looking into vegetarianism, even veganism ad asked a few people about it. I was told that it is not for everyone, that it could actually do more harm than good. I was told that before I do anything, find out my blood type, and that will be the deciding factor as to the food path I am to take.
Ok how do I find out my blood type? I had a complete physical, blood work and all to which everything came out crystal clear across the board. But I forgot to ask my blood type, which everyone needs to know. So I was talking to someone inquiring about methods of finding out, and they say, “ask your mother.”
Ok so, found out that I am blood type AB negative, the same as my mother. So now find out the food path most beneficial to me. I heard about this book titled “Eat Right 4 Your Type” by Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo. The book explains the different blood types and what is most beneficial as far as foods, exercise, even personalities to each type. I looked up my blood type online as well as had info sent to via the internet, and gotten a pretty extensive list of foods that are most beneficial, neutral, and what to avoid. Surprisingly I was just about halfway on point as far as beneficial foods. I just have to cut out the avoid foods and focus more on the beneficial. According to my blood type I should focus on green vegetables, and fish, no pork, no beef, no chicken (substitute turkey).
I am working on cutting out all the avoid foods, and even the neutral foods, only taking in the most beneficial foods. Like most of us, especially those of us who are either in low paying jobs, starving artists, or unemployed, “I HAVE NO MONEY.” Compensation will have to be made for lack of income. So below is a low to almost no income version of a list of the MOST BENEFICIAL foods for my AB negative blood type.

As with life, I am continuously expanding, exploring, evolving, elevating. I am a work in progress.
Though we are all on different paths, we are all heading towards the same destination. We are one.
